Paradise Park.

Today we wanted to get out of the house. Kaiden and I had some major cabin fever going on with temperatures in the single digits. It was only 9:30 a.m. and on a Sunday there's not much going on for little ones (inside) at that time. So we made a plan just to go to McDonald's and let him play on their indoor playground. Umm, yeah, when we got there, there wasn't much for little kids to do. So, we decided to head to Paradise Park. It was about 10:45 when we got there and they didn't open until 12. Uggh! Soooo...we decided to grab some early lunch to kill some time. It was about 11:30 when we were done eating and Kaiden had a dirty diaper. We then realized we didn't bring the diaper bag since we only planned to be at McD's. Mmhmmm. So, Kev ran into Walmart and by the time all was said and done, we got back to Paradise Park at about 12:15. It only cost $4.85 and look at all the fun we had! I thought it would be much more, but they didn't charge us which conflicted with what I read on the Internet, but I didn't say nothing about it. Obviously! Of course, I didn't have my camera, so please TRY to enjoy the phone pics. LOL.

First, he enjoyed some face painting!

Then we went into the toddler room and he enjoyed some foam play. =)
He loves to make messes! Luckily, he likes to help clean up sometimes too!
They had a really cool pizza restaurant and he had a blast cooking up some food and answering the phone, taking orders!

They had a grocery store, too. He rang up some food and went shopping! He loaded up on mustard and juice.

He then took Snoopy for a ride and played in the ball pit. He also went down a slide about a million times (all the pics came out very fuzzy) and had the cutest static cling hair I've ever seen!
Last, but not least, we played in the miniature room where they had a train set and little animals, doll houses and barns.

That last picture is the animal he chose to play with even though there were a lot of nice, newer animals available. I couldn't even tell what it was supposed to be. Kevin guessed a buffalo. I loved that he picked the ONE really damaged toy to play with, loved it and cherished it like it was the best, coolest thing ever! It was the only wooden animal which tells me he knows a good make when he sees one, even if it doesn't show on the outside! ;)
