Overwhelmed.

My desk is overwhelming. See?

This is all b/c my office did not have Internet/email access last week and stupid AT&T did not fix it until THURSDAY!!!!!!!

My house is overwhelming. Just look closely at my last post to see what I mean!

I made a list last night of things I need to buy & do to get more organized. Here are few:

• rotate out Goose's toys weekly or bi-weekly = less general mess & he'll be surprised by his new toys 2-4 times a month!
• hang up a spot for mail/keys (easy one, right?) Something like this. I need it tall and thin to go in the perfect spot by the door. Also, the light wood will allow my to personalize it a bit! :)
• have a specific place for Hubby's work clothes, belt & hats. I saw some over-the-door hangy things at Target last week for $2. I hope they still have them!!
• dedicate a special (yet easily accessible) place for purses & diaper bags. See here and here.
• I'm so sick of cords I could scream!! Phone chargers especially! I saw an ad for cute charger zone thingy's at World Market for $9.99, but when I got there, they only had the ones for $19.99. Bummer!! It was something like this, but red, cuter & bigger...and half the price!
• I also need something like this b/c my hairdryer is always on the floor in my bedroom. I just don't think mine will fit b/c it has two little mini blowers on each side, which makes the nozzle thicker. Any suggestions?
• Shoes!! OMG!! I used to keep mine in the linen closet, but with two more ladies in the house, that filled up pretty quick. They are now on the floor in my closet. In a pile. :( This make me very sad. I soooo need 2 of these (at least)! I need them shorter than the regular ones b/c the place I want to put them is half the height of the entire closet.
• I need a hamper too, ya'll! We use laundry baskets right now and this is just so not practical!!! I need a TALL one, preferably a semi-cute one. All the ones I see at stores that aren't TONS OF $ are short as heck! Like half a load will fit in there. If I wanted a million of these things around, I would just stick with my same ol' baskets!! Suggestions of where to buy??
• I also need some serious desk organization. We switched over to a smaller desk in our room b/c the big one wouldn't fit. It's like HALF the size with all the same stuff!! Blah..just thinking of it makes me cringe!! I'm thinking shelving will be the trick to this. What do you think?

Ok, that's all I'll list for now. But there's a ton more on my actual list!! Any suggestions to a less overwhlemed life? Bring-It-On!

I'm really wishing I could have gone to Va Beach this month like I planned.

I'm still seriously hoping for next month!

15 (1/2) Months!!

Hello All!! I hope you had a fabulous weekend. We sure did! ..but more on that later!

For now, I will leave you with Goose's 15 month stats:

27.10 pounds - 90th percentile

32 inches long - 85th percentile

Mmhmm...the nurse thought he was there for his 2 year check up! lol.

I'm currently working on an updated list of all the words Goose says! But won't leave you hangin'..totally!

My current fav is "love you"...heart melts..."oov ou" to be exact! :)

He also has a new obsession with putting on his shoes (and taking off ours & putting them back on). This is awesome!! Unfortunately, he hasn't mastered it yet and refused to let me help the other day.

Result: unable to go outside! :( ...but at least he was happy!!

Gave up on his & decided to mess with mama's!
