Pumpkin Carving!

Last night I decided it would be a good idea if Kevin and I carved our pumpkins. A little apprehensive, Kevin agreed. Turns out my man is an AWESOME pumpkin carver! Who would have thought?! He was pretty proud of himself too. With good reason! :) All-in-all we had a great time together and that's all that really matters right? I doesn't matter that I'm supposed to be the creative one, but sucked at carving pumpkins, does it? haha. Yeah, you read right. I was up until midnight trying to carve this stupid thing and lets just say, it's not the prettiest pumpkin on the block! HA!

Ugggh!!

You all know by now that I read a blog of a mommy who's little baby has SVT, which is an abnormal heart rhythm. This poor little guy has been in and out of the hospital his entire short life. He turns 1 tomorrow and went back into the hosipital last night (after a few weeks with no SVT). Not a good way to spend your first birthday, huh?

Not Me! Monday

I'm trying to win something over at MckMama's, so yeah, two posts in one day! Deal with it! ;)

I totally did not go to bed before 10p.m. a few times last week! No way! I'm a night owl for sure and always stay up late to spend time with Kevin! Mmhmm, sure do!

There is no no no way I wore the same outfit outside of the house 2 days in a row this weekend! That's just gross and so not fashionable! Don't worry, it was only to the grocery store the first day! ha!

And, there is absolutely no way I woke up extra early this morning the get on the elliptical since I'm on this new exercise kick, but instead of working out, snuggled in bed with Kaiden b/c he oh-so-needed his mama!! Nope, not me!

30's

It was in the 30's here this weekend. Blah! I want to ENJOY Fall. I hate Winter!! Fall is so lovely..I hope it stays for a bit longer.

I went to search for a winter jacket for Kaiden this weekend, with no luck. We did get him a beanie for $5 though! Whoop!!

And I know this picture totally sucks, but the story is so cute! Last night Kaiden was playing with Kevin's phone, so I called it. He was saying "hello" and talking up a storm! When we were done talking, he kept turning the phone around (see horrible quality pic) and saying "cheese" while pinching his cheeks like he was taking a picture of himself! So funny & cute!! We have a smart little boy, y'all!

Boss's Day

Boss's Day is next week and my team nominated me to make her something. She is a wonderful boss and we couldn't be luckier!! I sent out her personalized desk organizer today & cannot wait for her to get it! I hope it shows her how much she is appreciated.

The tin bin is for paper clips and what-nots and the block with the clothespin is for these individual monthly calendars I made too. So fun! I want one for myself!! haha.
